Well, let me tell you about this number five thing, the five-year numerology, or whatever them smart folks call it. I don’t know much about all these fancy words, but I’ve lived a long life, and I’ve seen some things, you know?
They say number five is all about Mercury, that fast-moving planet. Makes sense, I guess, ’cause life sure does move fast sometimes. They say it’s a lucky number, brings good things. And maybe it does, for some folks. I’ve had my share of luck, good and bad, can’t say it all comes down to a number, though.
Now, this five-year cycle, they say it’s about freedom. Like bustin’ out of a cage, I reckon. Changin’ things up, tryin’ new stuff. Adventure, they call it. Well, life’s always an adventure, ain’t it? Every day is somethin’ new, whether you like it or not.
- They talk about learnin’ from mistakes. Lord knows I’ve made plenty of them. You stumble, you pick yourself up, you keep on goin’. That’s just life, ain’t it? No fancy number needed to tell you that.
- And choice. They say number five is about choosin’. Well, we’re always choosin’, every day. What to eat, what to wear, where to go. Sometimes the choices are easy, sometimes they ain’t. But you gotta make ’em, that’s for sure.
This here “path of experience,” they call it. Sounds mighty important, don’t it? But really, it just means livin’. Goin’ through stuff, good and bad. Seein’ the world, meetin’ people, learnin’ as you go. That’s what life is all about, far as I can tell.
Then there’s this “personal year five.” They say it’s a time for takin’ action. Well, when ain’t it a time for takin’ action? You gotta get up and do things, every day. Can’t just sit around waitin’ for somethin’ to happen. Life don’t work that way.
They say this personal year five brings change and liberation. Breakin’ free from stuff that’s holdin’ you back. Maybe it’s a job you hate, or a relationship that’s gone sour. Or maybe it’s just your own way of thinkin’ that needs to change. Sometimes you gotta shake things up, you know? Get out of your rut.
And things start movin’, they say. Fast, like that Mercury planet. Unexpected stuff happens. The unusual, they call it. Well, life’s full of surprises, ain’t it? You never know what’s gonna happen next. That’s what makes it interestin’, I guess.
This number five, it’s also about different beliefs, they say. Well, everybody believes somethin’, don’t they? We all got our own ways of lookin’ at the world. And that’s alright. Long as you’re a good person, that’s all that matters, far as I’m concerned.
And the physical, they say. That just means bein’ in your body, feelin’ things. The sun on your skin, the wind in your hair. The taste of good food, the touch of a loved one. That’s what life’s about, ain’t it? The simple things.
So, this five-year numerology, it’s about a lot of things, I guess. Change, freedom, adventure, learnin’, choosin’, livin’. But really, it’s just about life. And life is what you make it, ain’t it? No number can tell you how to live. You gotta figure that out for yourself.
Universal Year 5, they say it’s “changeable.” Well, ain’t every year changeable? One year you’re up, the next you’re down. That’s just the way it goes. You gotta roll with the punches, keep on goin’. That’s the secret to a long life, if you ask me. Not some number, but plain old stubbornness.
So, don’t get too hung up on these numbers, folks. They might give you a little somethin’ to think about, but they ain’t gonna tell you everything. Just live your life, be a good person, and don’t worry too much about the rest. That’s all there is to it, far as this old woman is concerned.
